NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Friday.
These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Sarvottam Finvest(13.92%), Paragon Finance(11.19%), Anzen India Energy(10.84%) and Ceeta Ind(10.51%).
The 30-share Sensex ended 573.38 points down at 81118.6, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 169.61 points down at 24718.6.
In the Nifty 50 index, 9 stocks ended in the green, while 41 stocks closed in the red.
Meanwhile, stocks such as Anzen India Energy, DB Realty, Nazara Technologies, Oswal Agro Mill and National Fittings hit their fresh 52-week high, while Medico Intercontinental, J. Taparia Proj, Arfin India, Bluspring Enterprises Ltd. and Vantage Knowledge touched their new 52-week low in today’s trade.
