18 Jul Indices: Stock market update: Nifty Realty index falls 0.05% in an upbeat market
SOBHA(up 1.32 per cent), Indiabulls Real Estate(up 0.44 per cent), Oberoi Realty(up 0.43 per cent), DLF(up 0.39 per cent) and Mahindra Lifespace Developers(up 0.19 per cent) were among the top gainers.
Prestige Estates Projects(down 0.74 per cent), Macrotech Developers(down 0.67 per cent), Phoenix Mills(down 0.65 per cent) and Brigade Enterprises(down 0.03 per cent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Realty index was down 0.05 per cent at 539.4 at the time of writing this report.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 59.65 points at 19771.1, while the BSE Sensex was up 225.63 points at 66815.56.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 28 were trading in the green, while 21 were in the red.
Shares of Vodafone Idea, YES Bank, PNB, Brightcom Group and AmaraRaja Batteries were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of Anmol India, We Win, Neuland Labs, Schneider and The Hi-Tech Gears hit their fresh 52-week highs in today’s trade, while Uravi T and Wedge, Bombay Metrics Suppl, Aartech Solonics, Synoptics Technologi and Jet Airways hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.
